Workshops for children and adolescents
The workshops are spaces designed to support the socio-emotional development of children and adolescents in a safe, creative, and enriching environment.
What are the topics?

Recognize and express your emotions in a healthy way.

Strengthen self-esteem and self-concept.

Develop social and communication skills.

Learn to make decisions and resolve conflicts.

Address key topics such as stress management, empathy, among others.
Methodology
Each workshop is designed and adapted to the developmental stage of the participants.

The groups are small (between 4 and 6 children/adolescents), which encourages active participation and personalized attention.

Method: Virtual via Zoom. (In-person options also coming soon in cities to be confirmed.)

Interactive dynamics, creative resources, and practical materials are used to facilitate meaningful learning and promote emotional connection.
